History and Charm. This Church building once belonged to the Greater New Guide Baptist Church, and served as a spiritual touchstone in the community. It also served as a meeting space during the Civil Rights movement. On any given day you can count on someone from the neighborhood stopping by to ask about plans for the building, and quick to share a personal story of their connection to the building.
